Family/Group Home child care programs and Center/Preschool child care programs are licensed by the State of Michigan Department of Human Services' Office of Children and Adult Licensing. NOTE: It is illegal in the State of Michigan to care for unrelated children in your home without being licensed or registered by the Department of Human Services.
