Rule of the week for 02/20/12

A commonly cited child care center rule is 400.5903. Please review the rule and the related technical assistance below and make sure poisonous and toxic materials are labeled and out of the reach of children.

R 400.5903 Poisonous or toxic materials. Containers of poisonous or toxic materials shall be clearly labeled for easy identification of contents and stored out of reach of children.

Rationale
Reduces the risk that children will accidentally come into contact with poisonous or toxic materials.

Important DHS Billing Information Minimize
For questions regarding billing problems or pin resets call the Central Reconciliation Unit
at 1-866-990-3227.

You will receive your provider ID number after you have been approved in a letter. 

Your pin number will come separately within 4- 6 weeks after that.  The pin number will not come in a state envelope and may resemble junk mail to you, make sure you open all your mail when waiting for your pin number.
