COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Description: This course is designed to present best practices and strategies for child care and family child care providers across the state of Michigan to help strengthen program and administrative (business) practices. Getting Organized will focus on developing a business plan and working smarter, not harder.
Participants will: 
• Recognize the value of a business plan
• Create a business plan and value proposition
• Identify organizational strengths and areas of focus
• Make goals with the aim of working smarter
