More Than a Training Program

We know earning a credential while working can be challenging. That’s why participants receive support throughout their journey—not just classroom instruction.

The program includes:

120 hours of CDA training
Hands-on learning and on-the-job experience
Support in completing CDA requirements
A dedicated Success Coordinator
Mentor support
Monthly classes with virtual and in-person options
Assistance with technology and other barriers that may make participation difficult
Opportunities to earn college credit
A pathway to a U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship
