FCCN

The Family Child Care Network (FCCN) was established in 2023 to create peer-led, collaborative cohorts that strengthen and sustain home-based child care across Southwest Michigan.

We currently support five FCCN cohort groups that span all eight counties we serve. Each regional FCCN brings together providers through monthly meetings that focus on strengthening child care businesses, building professional skills, and elevating provider voices in policy and advocacy.

FCCN Cohort Regions

We support both Licensed Home/Group and License-Exempt providers in two main regional groupings:

  • Region 1 – Allegan, Berrien, Cass, Van Buren Counties
    • Licensed Home/Group FCCN
    • License-Exempt FCCN
  • Region 2 – Barry, Calhoun, Kalamazoo, St. Joseph Counties
    • Licensed Home/Group FCCN
    • License-Exempt FCCN

All networks offer Spanish translation to ensure full participation.
